A driver will be waiting for you at the Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) to transport you to your accommodation. After you've settled in, take some time to explore the Indian capital. As you walk around, you'll note the influence of Mongols, Turks, Persians, Afghans, Mughals, and the British, all of whom had a hand in shaping the city's history. After your flight, you'll have the evening to yourself to have dinner and unwind.

A driver will pick you up from your Delhi hotel this morning and transport you 133 miles (215 kilometres) south to Agra, the home of the majestic Taj Mahal. After checking into your hotel in Agra, you'll go on a heritage walk to discover more about the city, which owes much of its flavour to the Mughal period, during which the Taj Mahal was built. You'll be able to take high tea after your stroll before continuing on to the old village of Kachhpura, the Humayun Mosque, and a local school. Back at the Taj Mahal, you'll have the opportunity to view the sunset in the early evening.

A driver will pick you up from your hotel today and bring you 149 miles (240 kilometres) west to Jaipur, which was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. Jaipur's architecture incorporates Mughal and Jain elements and is organised according to the nine divisions of the universe through nine different sectors. The city is known as the "Pink City" because much of it was painted pink in 1853.

You'll return to Jaipur in the afternoon to view the City Palace, which covers a fifth of the city's entire size, as well as the Jantar Mantar astronomical equipment and observatory and the famed pink Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds). You will also have the opportunity to visit Galtaji Temple, also known as the monkey temple.
